MOD5441x uSD card uses what pins

Post by seulater »

For the MOD54415-100IR module with the usd card socket on it.
What pins from J1 & J2 are mapped to this socket ?

I need to use another SPI channel, but since I cannot find out what SPI pins are used for this I dont know what is left.

The MOD-5441x platforms use an onboard spi module that is not mapped for J1/J2 for the on-board micro-sd card to avoid this issue. I believe it's module 1, but I'll confirm later when I get back to the office. You shouldn't have to worry about that for these platforms. The offboard sd card driver (for the MOD-DEV-70 boards) is shared with one of the external buses however. I'll follow up in a bit.

The onboard uSD uses DSPI0. This is shared only with the monitor flash. It is not brought off the board at all (aka, not connected to J1 or J2 or the BDM header for that matter).
