IPSETUP not changing baud rate on SBL2-e

Just got the EVAL board (not dev!, I'm not that smart!). After fussing with WIN7 (IPSETUP would not see anything),I set the IP address on an XP box. Then WIN7 saw it OK (IP was 0.0.0.1 before) ??.

I can send/receive via TELNET to (hyperterminal/Termite/etc.) OK, but only at 115200 baud. I changed the baud in IPSETUP to 9600, but it appears to be stuck at 115K. There isn't a spot to change on the webserver. What am I missing?

I am just looking to drop in the SBL2-e onto future board designs & tie to my UART to Ethernet enable my boards.
