where is it crashing? it doesn't look like you've enabled smart traps.
w/o that info it is just a shot in the dark, but i'd look at the GetSysInfo function.

It crashes when StartSnmpProcessor() is called. If StartSnmpProcessor is commented out, it runs fine.
