NetBurner Mod5213 and RS232 Servo

I really could use some help on how I can use my net burner and servo chip to hook up my Logitech webcam (Logitech® Webcam Pro 9000) so the webcam runs through the net burner and servo so I can pan the webcam either left or right. Any help will be great. Thanks and happy holidays.
