Where can I download NBEclipse ?

Dear friends, I just bought MOD-5270. Now I want to use NBEclipse to develop my project. I searched the entire website, but I saw too many NBEclipse keywords, so I want to ask directly first? Where can I download NBEclipse?

Also, if I don’t want to use NBEcilpse, can I use GNU gcc for development?

Finally, is there a simpler introductory tutorial that can help engineers like me who are new to MOD-5270 understand it faster?

I sincerely hope that someone with expertise or enthusiasm can answer my question?
