MOD54417 - How to rewrite MAC address

Due to a combination of poor hardware and firmware we have managed to overwrite the MAC address of a couple of MOD54417 boards with ( 0xFFFFFFFF ). The boards work fine but the only thing is that they announce their MAC address as FFFFFFFF. Is there a method to rewrite the MAC address to the FLASH etc via alternate boot or something ?

Use the 'A' to abort on book to get into the alternate monitor.

Use the Setup command to get in setup..

Use the secret 'K' command in setup to Kill the mac address...
S to save...

Repeat for the 2nd config using the

Set2 command.....

That should do it.
