Nano Temperature Range

We have temperature tested several Nano54415 modules, and none of them will boot below -10C. The published spec is -40C on the low end. We even tested the Nano Dev Kit. It too failed. We don't have this problem with the MOD5441X. I'm not sure where to go from here. Being able to operate down to -40C is a requirement for our products.
