Re-install NNDK but save Eclipse preferences

I have NNDK version 2.7.7 installed for the MOD54415 platform.
I need to add the PK70 platform.
From what I've read I need to do a re-install of the NNDK and specify the serial numbers for both platforms.
I would really like to save all the settings and preferences for my NBEclipse. I believe that would be all the Eclipse preferences (?).
I'm running all of this on a Windows-XP laptop.
Where can I find the file(s) that NBEclipse uses to store all my preferences ??
That way, after the new installation I can copy those files over to the new installation and be back where I was.
I searched the forum posts and only came up with one reference to this subject. But that post mentions "<nbinstall>/NBEclipse/workspace/.metadata
There is no such path in my installation. (The forward slashes would seem to indicate to me that was for a unix install.)
