Accessing NetBurner remotely?

Can this be done? Can the netburner settings interface be accessed from a remote location?
Define 'remote'. LAN local, but not physically local? Accessible on the public Internet? Behind a NAT router?
LAN local: use IPSetup.
Public IP: doable, but needs custom TCP control
NATed: you need it to phone home.
