i lost my cd sleeve key

i need software for the sb70 to write firmware but it wonts a cd key and i did not get one

(This is a copy/paste, not all may be relevant to you)
There are 4 ways to obtain your installation keycode for the NetBurner development tools:
1. It is located on the CD-ROM included with your development kit.
2. It will be in the Windows Registry of your development tools installation on your computer.
3. You can look up your keycode if you created your support account at http://support.netburner.com and registered your product.
4. If you can provide your NetBurner invoice for the development kit your ordered with matching name and email address, we will send you a new keycode for a period of 1 year after the purchase date of the kit.
If none of the above options apply to your situation, then you will need to purchase the NetBurner software to obtain a new keycode, which also provides additional support. This can be done by going to the NetBurner Store at www.netburner.com, then searching on "upgrade".
