I changed the internet presentation to (more or less) the same theme as the local display. So the boss can watch!

If you are worried about getting Ethernet from your MOD54415 to a panel - they have these extensions on Ebay.

The latest phase angle meter movie is above. I can't get the youtube embed feature on here to work.

Calibration of the new MOD54415 meter board vs the Keithly lab standard. Looks good for +/- 0.05% +/- 1LSD of the standard at 20 centigrade! I will check it at 60 degrees on a cold morning vs an 85 degree afternoon (I can isolate this room from the HVAC) before I claim that on the brochure but it is looking good. The Vernon algorithm is the way to measure AC (a competing CT test set has 1% somewhere in the spec). And some people use TRMS to DC converters that are all over the place. Also note that it is generally a little high so if I change the cal factor a little and add 1 LSD below 12V I can get even closer.

AC current measured to parts per million ?
I made a few analog changes and might be there!
Check the video.

Almost done! Got the Ammo Can meter installed in the can today - and am just waiting for voltage jacks (as you can see I just stuck the wires thru). Will have a more complete demo when it is totally ready. Looks great and an ammo can is much less than a typical field case. Best in full screen so you can see the screen.

Above is a demo video - will have a much better video once I get the jacks and it is totally done.

Besides the new Rogowski coil input the Ammo Can Meter now offers an improved web presentation. It is the IoT phase angle meter! You can choose between secondary values and individual harmonic amplitudes or you can enter the CT and PT ratio and get primary values instead of individual harmonics. And it always logs voltage events. Overvoltage is a surge over 132 V and under voltage is a sag under 108.
Expecting a PO for 5 next week!

That is a very cool project! Thank you for sharing.

MASS PRODUCTION! Knocking out ammo can phase angle meter circuit boards - can easily do one a day - even with long coffee breaks and two hour lunches. As you can see the board will do a lot more - It will also do a CT test set or high current test set.
